This excel file can be used for store personal CPD activities

1. Log personal CPD activities in a structured manner
2. Score them according to the National guidelines
3. Make Summary of the CPD activities, which can then be submitted to appropriate authorities
4. This Excel workbook can be used for self-appraisal
5. Part of Departmental KPI document when everyone uses same CPD scores as given in the “CPD_Setup” sheet.

CPD Scores based on Irish Association of Physicists in Medicine (IAPM) – CPD guidelines.
It Allows for customisation of CPD scores if needed password can be supplied from the author.
